BM 69 Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

01Interpretation & Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

02Member Eligibility

To register and use the platform bm 69, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or an individual lawfully present in Malaysia.

03Account Registration

• Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and truthful. False information may result in account termination.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. bm 69 will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Bm 69 must be notified immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• The phone number registered must be active and belong to you, as it is used for two-factor authentication (2FA).

Bm 69 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Our decision in this matter is final.

04Deposit & Payment

All deposits into the account bm 69 must be made through approved payment methods. The following terms apply to deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks that support FPX.
• All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bm 69 does not accept any foreign currency.
• Deposited funds may only be used by the registered member. Lending or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Bm 69 is not liable for any failed transactions resulting from third-party issues such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• In the event of a duplicate deposit (double deposit), please contact our customer support within 24 hours for prompt action.

05Withdrawal of Winnings

The withdrawal process for winnings at bm 69 subject to the following conditions to ensure the security and validity of each transaction:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals below RM10,000 are typically processed within 15–30 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 require additional verification and may take up to 24 working hours to process.
• Bm 69 reserves the right to request KYC documents (MyKad, passport, or bank statement) before approving a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal of a large amount.
• If any fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected, bm 69 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.

06Bonus & Promotions

Bm 69 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made. This requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once only by each new member. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts may result in account suspension.
• Bm 69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses awarded due to a technical error or obtained through unauthorised means are void and will be forfeited.
• The maximum betting limit when playing with bonus funds is RM50 per hand/round unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Certain games may be excluded from the wagering requirement calculation for specific bonuses. Please refer to the promotion terms for full details.

Bm 69 reserves the right to amend bonus terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

07Game Rules

All games available on the platform bm 69 – including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Live Casino, and Virtual Sports – are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system. All results are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use automated software (bots), or exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Bm 69 reserves the right to cancel or void any bets placed after a game result has been determined, due to technical reasons or suspected fraud.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game session, any affected bets will be returned to the member's account.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed before the game begins.
• For Live Casino games, the dealer's ruling is final in any dispute not resolved by the system.

08Member Responsibilities

As a registered member bm 69, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities:

• Ensure that all registered personal information is accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
• Keep your password and account login credentials confidential. bm 69 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to negligence on the member's part.
• Not using the bm 69 platform for any unlawful activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location for the purpose of accessing restricted regions.
• Do not share your account with others or allow anyone else to play using your account.
• Play using your own legitimately earned funds, not borrowed money or funds belonging to someone else.

09Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account – for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

10Account Termination & Suspension

Bm 69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., under 18 years of age).
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other suspected illegal activity.
• Use of automated software (bots) or other cheating methods during gameplay.
• Duplicate registrations or abuse of the bonus system.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting bm 69 customer support. Upon closure, any valid balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned via the same method as the original deposit within 3–5 business days.

11BM 69 Liability Limits

bm 69 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Technical failures, internet disruptions, or hardware issues on the user's end.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Losses arising from betting activities carried out by members on the bm 69 platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

12Amendment of Terms & Conditions

bm 69 reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

It is the member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the bm 69 platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
